TRACS supplies CPRs to support a range of commercial activities including M&A, stock market listing etc. We work on behalf of oil companies, banks, investors and other financial institutions. We evaluate single assets or portfolios and will highlight technical and non-technical risks as well as commercial and strategic opportunities.

Reserves and Resources generally reported under SPE PRMS Guidelines; other international standards can be accommodated. Reports typically include valuation of reserves and (risked) resources.

Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures that all technical and commercial aspects of the reserves and resources are fully considered within the audit and conveyed to the client. From single asset reserves/resources audit to corporate reserves and resources report (quarterly/yearly) to meetings with the banks/lenders.

Within the framework of our reserves auditing capabilities:

• Assessment of reserves by category with lowest level of reserves tested for economic viability. Project based approach.

• Assessment of Contingent Resources including risking

• Assessment of Prospective Resources as required

• Review and development of reserves reporting guidelines for oil companies and regulatory bodies

Our team of technical and commercial specialists revie reservoir, production, economic and commercial data. These are developed into a series of independent production forecasts, reserves and resources by category, Capex & Opex cases, and relevant economic models to yield a range of cash flow forecasts.

Results can be captured in a CPR or other relevant report/presentation as required by client. TRACS can work independently or as part of client team depending on the requirements of the project.
